Every order is checked and packed by hand in Sydney, Australia. 


Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

During busy periods or studio closures, dispatch may take longer. Any changes will be noted at the top of this page.


Shipping within Australia

All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking.

Free Standard shipping on Australian orders over AUD $79.

Delivery times are Australia Post estimates rather than guarantees, and regional or remote areas may take longer.

 

International shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region with Australia Post International Standard, which includes tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes

Most orders sail through customs with no extra tax to pay. If you're ordering a bigger haul, just keep an eye on your country's tax-free limit. If your country does charge any taxes or duties, these are paid by you when the parcel arrives.
Address and delivery issues

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Returns and refunds

Damaged or faulty

If something arrives damaged, has a printing flaw or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You usually won't need to send anything back.
Change of mind

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the details before you order. Not sure about something? Just email us first, we're happy to help. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Colours

Colours can look a little different from screen to screen. Small variations are a natural part of printing and aren't a fault.
Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we'll process it within 2 business days. It goes back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to show, depending on your bank.
